What the beta is
Two months of hands-on use with real fleets and real maintenance records. The platform is feature-complete, but every cockpit and hangar is different — beta testers help us find the rough edges and shape the priorities for general availability.
What you get
- Full Premium tier free during the beta — unlimited aircraft, unlimited flights, 5 GB of document storage. No credit card, no Stripe checkout.
- One free year of Premium when the beta concludes, as a thank-you for the time you put in.
- A direct line to the team — file bugs from inside the app, and we’ll work them in front of everything else.
What we ask
- Use SquawkFree the way you actually fly and maintain.
- File bugs through the in-app form whenever something feels wrong, even if you’re not sure it’s a bug.
- Share blunt feedback — what’s missing, what’s clunky, what we should kill.
Heads-up on your data
Our database is hosted on MongoDB Atlas with daily automated backups, and we don’t anticipate any data loss. That said, we’re iterating quickly during the beta and temporary loss of records is possible if a deployment misbehaves.
Please don’t use SquawkFree as your primary maintenance log during the beta period. Keep your paper or PDF records up to date, and treat SquawkFree as a parallel digital backup until we reach general availability.
